Audrey J. Garner, Controller, joined The Ainbinder Company in 2003. Her responsibilities encompass financial affairs of the company, taxes, information technology, human resources, financial reporting to investors and maintaining communications with commercial bankers and business consultants.

A seasoned and versatile manager with a successful track record, Ms. Garner has been affiliated with the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1978. Previously, she held senior management or executive positions with PM Realty Group, Jones Lang Wootten and Cushman & Wakefield.

Ms. Garner is a Texas native and long-time resident of The Woodlands where she is active in the community and family. She is a member of the American Red Cross disaster relief team and in this capacity played a crucial role during the 1994 and 2001 floods that hit the Houston area. She received her education at the University of Arkansas in Accounting and Mathematics.
