Mr. Duckworth serves as President and Partner. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Duckworth practiced law in the Kansas City law firm of McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips and later as Associate Counsel specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions for Tenneco Inc. in Houston. Mr. Duckworth has over twenty-two years of retail development experience, having previously served as Vice President and Partner of The Vantage Companies, President of Highland Village Holdings, Inc., Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wulfe & Co., where he also co-founded Wulfe Management Services. Mr. Duckworth received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Kansas along with a law degree from Washburn University School of Law. Mr. Duckworth is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and serves on the Boards of Norton Ditto, Trees for Houston and is a former board member of Uptown Association.  Mr. Duckworth resides in Houston with his wife, Debi, and their two children Ben and Annie.
