Heather Martin joined The Ainbinder Company in 2002. She has successfully managed up to 700,000 square feet of retail and mixed use developments for The Ainbinder Company, overseeing all aspects property management including: tenant relations, property maintenance, budgeting and invoicing, as well as tenant build out. Heather also assists in construction and development, as well as sales and acquisitions. Heather, a Maryland native, attended University of Minnesota and University of Houston. .
